bat444 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or market in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors, incorrect odds publication, match abandonment, event postponement without rescheduling within 72 hours, or evidence of match irregularity. Bets placed in excess of applicable limits may be reduced by bat444 at its discretion. bat444 also reserves the right to limit the maximum stake available to any individual player on any market at any time, without obligation to provide a reason for the restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bat444 will endeavour to resolve the investigation and communicate the outcome to the player within 14 working days. During the suspension period, access to the account and its balance will be restricted. bat444 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of an account suspension that is subsequently found to be warranted.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bat444 via live chat.
